Education
David attended the University of Washington, MEDEX Physician Assistant Training Program and graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Health Services degree in 2016. In addition, David holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Southern Oregon University in Ashland Oregon, completed in 1993.
Experience
David joined the Alaska Urology team in 2019. Previously, he practiced Urgent Care Medicine and Interventional Radiology. Prior to becoming a PA, David worked for twenty years as a firefighter and EMS provider in both Alaska and Oregon. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Personal
David is a long-time resident of the Mat-Su Borough. When not in the Alaska Urology clinic, you will likely find David with his wife and college-aged son on local trails. He enjoys biking, cross-country skiing, hiking, and running. Passionate about life-long learning, he is forever tinkering and reading.
